Clients will receive a written report of findings within the agreed-upon time frame. If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify clients promptly and provide a new estimated completion date.
Licensed subcontractors
Some investigative assignments may be completed by licensed subcontractors working under our direct supervision.
All subcontractors are required to:
Hold an active Georgia Private Detective License or registration.
Follow company confidentiality and data-security standards.
Submit findings directly to our agency for review and final reporting.
All reports and case materials are issued under James Private Investigations LLC and remain our property. Subcontractors never contact clients directly without prior authorization.
